-Matric or Equivalent Experience.
-Computer literate and proficient in Excel.
-Minimum Code B Driver’s Licence.
-Good English communication skills, with a positive self image.

-Reception duties/ Administrative functions

-Answer telephone, take messages and distribute messages to the relevant person.
-Maintain filing system and document control.
-Prepare and distribute documentation for stock take.
-Assisting with stock-takes(after hours), when required.
-Assisting Bookkeeper with GRN of stock.
-Assisting Bookkeeper with capturing supplier invoices into Pastel.
-Assisting Accountant and Bookkeeper with other functions when required.
-Co-ordinate the repairs and maintenance of office equipment.-Purchasing and monitoring of stationery & consumables.
-Archiving.
-Assist with operational administration of the warehouse.
-Assist consultants administration of the organisation.
-Ensure good housekeeping and safety regulations are adhered to at all times.
-Abide by all Company policies and procedures.
-Work overtime as and when required.
